I know I will get hate for this but I honestly think it’s selfish when women don’t even TRY to breastfeed unless there’s a medical reason

I find these striking.

why are women’s bodies so sexualized that they can’t even FEED A CHILD

In the UK, it is illegal for an establishment to treat a breast feeding woman differently to any other customer or ask her to leave/stop. Prejudice against breast feeding is recognised as discrimination and any establishment found guilty of it faces a hefty fine. This includes restaurants, leisure centres and swimming pools… literally anywhere, even in the park.

Do you exclusively breastfeed? If not I'm thinking of mix feeding, when are the best times to give a bottle instead of breast?? My baby is 3 months

Hi I exclusively breastfed for six weeks and then I introduced a bottle a day at bedtime. Bedtimes good cause then you get a break for a bath or something whilst someone else feeds the baby and also it fills them up right before bed time so they will sleep a bit longer x

The Not-So-Pleasant Realities of Pregnancy and Motherhood

We all know/can assume the sweetness, the beauty, and the joy of pregnancy and motherhood. There truly is nothing better than knowing you are growing a tiny baby in…

I LOVE how accurate this is, I’m so glad I didn’t know all this before I got pregnant. Although I wouldn’t change it for the world motherhood is not all rosy cheeks and cute outfits and happiness, it is TOUGH.
